Pagination

List endpoints document their own query parameters in the OpenAPI reference. Common patterns:

limit + offset — page through snapshots or rows.
latest_only=true — current estate from resources_current (not full history).
Account scope — always pass the account_id the caller is allowed to see.

For Action Center findings, Identified Wastage, pillar scores, and reliability rollups, call the /v1/resources/meta/* endpoints. Do not page entire inventories just to compute a total.
